Lakefront Retreat

Located on the sandy beach in King Beach, CA, this property was remodeled to capture the breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. The need to keep some of the existing architectural design guided the home to keep its "Old Tahoe" charm. However, with a fresh style of modern interiors we created a one-of-a-kind lakefront retreat. Transitional and modern design styles were carefully selected to create a space of comfort and sophistication. Uses of bold pops of color created a playful feel to this summer lake home.
